Usually it's a failed keypad membrane, corroded PCB, or a power supply issue. We diagnose on-site and can typically replace the keypad module the same day.

Can you add a new access credential (key fob, card) to an existing system?

Yes. We reprogram most major access control systems including DoorKing, Linear, LiftMaster, and DoorBird to add or remove credentials without erasing your existing user list.

My intercom camera has a cloudy image — is it repairable?

Often yes. Cloudy lenses can be cleaned, and degraded camera modules can be swapped. We carry common intercom camera boards in our service vehicles.
